Game and Watch Gallery 3 has been added to the review section. It's a few days too late to say this, but happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
A couple of good friends of mine run a website called Retro of the Week. Occasionally, I'll post articles and reviews on there. Go check their site out. I won't be jealous.
Game and Watch Gallery 2 has been added to the review section. I hope you're ready for more Game and Watch.
I bought the Mario Kart 8 DLC. I know I wrote an article condemning DLC a little while ago, but what can I say? I'm a hypocrite. Well, not really. I still hate DLC with a passion; that hasn't changed. I just couldn't avoid getting this one, because it does something DLC rarely does and adds a good bit of worthwhile content. Maybe if more DLC was like this, I wouldn't hate it as much... nah.
Right now, I'm more excited to play Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, which I also bought. I purposely avoided the 3DS version of the game, because I didn't want to buy the same game twice, and the Wii U version is obviously superior. I got the GameCube controller adapter, too. It's been around six months since I last played a modern game. What better way to get back into modern gaming than with Smash? I'm ready for a smashing good time.
Game and Watch Gallery has been added to the review section. This should be a nice change of pace from all those PS1 RPGs I've been reviewing lately.
Sonic Boom is out, and according to reviews, it sucks. Despite having bought and played almost every Sonic game in existence, I won't be touching this one. There are two reasons: the game sucks, and I hate the new character designs. As a long time Sonic fan, I find the new character designs downright offensive. The character redesigns alone made me want to boycott this game, but my decision to boycott is made all the easier now that it has come to light that the game is atrocious.
SaGa Frontier 2 has been added to the review section. That's two frontiers in a row, bro.
